The Summer-house Village will consist of 10 separate two-storey houses with regulated built-up area of 165 square meters, in whose construction the most modern materials under the European Union Norms will be used.

The design of the houses is a beautiful combination of mountain and marine architecture.

On the ground floor there are a dining room with a kitchenette, a living room with a fireplace, a bathroom, a bedroom and a porch.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a wardrobe and two balconies.

Each house has its own parking place .

Around the houses there will be an area of greenery with built-up infrastructure, playground and so on.
